Services: We provide appliance repair and maintenance for residential and commercial clients in the New York area. All work is performed by qualified technicians using original manufacturer parts whenever available.
Appointments and Payments: Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card, or cash, either online or in person. Service calls or deposits may be required before scheduling.
Warranty: - Parts Warranty: 2 years from the date of service (covers manufacturer defects in parts replaced) - Labor Warranty: 60 days from the date of service (covers workmanship issues) Warranty excludes user damage, misuse, or unrelated failures.
Liability: Appliance Factory Service LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service rendered.
Independence from Manufacturers: We are an independent service company, not an authorized representative of any appliance manufacturer. Brand names are for reference only.
Cancellations: Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments may incur a service fee.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Richmond County, NY.
